Having two well-equipped factories with an area of 6000 square meters that has 810 square meters shaded and fenced, the company is capable to fabricate 3000 metric tons of material on a yearly basis as per the Fabrication Services it offers. The use of the stainless, carbon and mild steel as well as the CAD techniques and manual packing ensure the quality and safety of the Fabrication Services end-products.

The fabrication shop of the company covers an area of 6000 square meters. Some of the machines used in the Fabrication Services are as follows :

• EOT crane with a capacity of 35 MT with 10 MT capacity winch
• Hydraulic mobile crane 12 MT capacity
• Gantry
• Power press of 1000 MT & 500 MT
• Plate bending machine of 60 mm Ã� 2500 mm & 20 mm Ã� 2000 mm
• CNC tube bending machine
• Three radial drilling machines 5 mm to 100 mm capacity
• Lathe machines of 16 feet, 14 feet, 10 feet & 4 feet bed
• Milling machine

The highly skilled and experienced engineers and technicians, employed with the company, know various types of cutting and welding procedures. The welders are qualified from world-renowned agencies such as Lloyds Register & IBR. The company has a separate workforce and machinery for the On Site Fabrication Services and erection projects.
